…I thought it would be good to email you to let you know about my great experience on Friday. I live in Deal and was in Whitstable on Friday with my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a meal at Wheelers. My husband wanted to buy me some flowers so I’d looked at your website (very impressive by the way) prior to our visit. …We had some flowers delivered earlier from you that my grandad sends each year for my mum for Mother’s Day and like usual, they’re gorgeous!
Me and my sister both had deliveries from M&S today to the house for her and have been left disappointed at the half dead bunches that arrived (which weren’t cheap!) and have been thankfully refunded after a call with customer service. The damage was not just from transport, it was clear they had been wrapped poorly and packaged already wilted. Just wanted to say thank you for taking such care with your bouquets and deliveries to ensure those receiving have a lovely surprise as we’re grateful mum has at least one nice bouquet!
