Flowers

Cut stems at an angle with scissors or a sharp knife, place the flowers in clean, cold water having removed any foliage which will be below water level.

Hand-tied Bouquet

Do not un-tie your arrangement, then follow instruction for flowers above.

Roses

Follow instructions for flowers above, if the roses droop, re-cut the stems and plunge into 2″ of boiling water for one minute then plunge into a clean container of cold water.

Flower Arrangement

Where flowers are arranged in floral foam, add water daily.

Other

Avoid placing flowers in direct sunlight, draughts or hot locations.
Always use flower-food provided, unless otherwise stated.
Some flowers and foliage might be poisonous or cause skin irritations, always wash your hands after handling and keep out of reach from children.
Lily stamens are known to stain permanently – avoid contact with all surfaces.
