Graham Greener has a dedicated and experienced team of florists who will tailor your perfect wedding flowers for you, whatever your budget, style and size of wedding. The team work closely together every day and are briefed by Jane on your style and wedding (if they haven’t met you already) so you can be confident that your wedding will be created and tailored to YOUR requirements. All our flowers are bespoke and therefore we do not offer set packages.
The team at Graham Greener are all creatively trained with more than 15 years in floristry. Jane also has 20 years’ experience in design and fashion (including making wedding dresses) so you won't be short of ideas!

the process
1. send us an email...
If you want to get the ball rolling, just send us an email and let us know your name, the date of the wedding, the venue, your budget for floral arrangements and any photographs that you may have…
We will let you know if your date is available and try to answer any initial queries you might have.

2. book a non-obligation consultation...
You can book a consultation for whenever is best for you and when you arrive you will have Jane’s full attention, with a one to one (or one to how ever many you want to help you choose) talk to discuss colour ranges, styles and budget. The consultation will be in the whitstable florist where there are plenty of photographs and flowers for inspiration too!
Jane will go through all the details with you to create a bespoke plan and quote, which she will send through to you within two weeks of meeting.
Once you have made a decision to go with us we will ask you to pay a £75 non refundable deposit so that we can book the date for your wedding, you won’t have to pay the remainder of your bill until 2 weeks before the big day.
3. have a catch up meeting…
When you have finalised guest numbers, table plans and any other final details with your venue we suggest making a catch up meeting.
Jane will go through the finer details with you and produce a final quote, depending if anything has altered from the initial meeting. She will then send through a revised final quote.
4. two weeks before the big day...
We will gather any final details from you like where the bridal bouquet will be delivered etc.
This will probably be the point we will ask you to pay the remainder of the bill so that we can order and make preparations for the flowers.
5. on the day...
On the day of your wedding, your flowers will be delivered to the location(s) that you have arranged with us, by Jane or one of the florists. Brides usually pre-arrange for us to deliver buttonholes to one house, bridal bouquets to another and the arrangements to the venue. Whatever you need, you will get.
We will also set out arrangements in most cases as we work regularly at local Kent venues, including East Quay Venue,
Winters Barns, The Night Yard, The Old Kent Barn, Beacon House and Mount Ephraim.
After the event we will also collect any remaining items that were on hire, either from the venue or specified location.
